The Elite Core system includes three primary components: the IM-16 Input Module, the DM-8 Distribution Module, and the PM-16 Personal Mixer. The input module interfaces with mixing consoles via insert points, direct outs, or aux sends. Sixteen channels of audio are then converted to a digital stream and transmitted via CAT-5E cable to the DM-8 powered distribution module. Eight all-steel PM-16 mixers can be powered by one DM-8, and more DM-8s can be cascaded for larger systems.
The HS-09 is an omnidirectional condenser earset microphone designed to provide excellent voice reproduction and high output gain for public speaking, singing, and theatrical applications. It is supplied with two detachable and replaceable 1mm diameter cables that securely screw into the headset with a threaded brass connector. The PM-16 features volume and pan control plus a signal present LED for all sixteen channels. A personal ambient microphone is built into each mixer as well as a graphic EQ, compressor, and master volume. Neutrik Ethercon connectors and full rack mount functionality insure that the Elite Core system will make its way to pro stages worldwide. The VRL PC-815L protects sensitive electric components with a HF/RF interference filter, which is a high voltage surge and transient suppressor. The fast acting suppression circuit responds quickly, clamping spikes and surges to safe levels. The filter works to prevent noise from electric motors, florescent lights, and other similar sources from leaking from the AC line into the audio.

All channels and returns are fully balanced and shielded, with XLR connectors throughout. Each Elite Core stage snake also comes with a bag to cover the stage box or fan during transport or storage.
